How can I deliver my order faster?
Sorry, we don't have any expedited order delivery options at this time. In the future, if we offer such services and your region password becomes available, you will receive communications from us.


I received some items/partial orders or no one/invalid package?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery or claims will not be entertained. During our investigation, please note the following:


Please do not use the item for which the claim was made.


You may be asked to provide information such as a brief description of the case (questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)


Snapshots of the package and other boxes (if any) (as requested by the user, try to cover the sides that look tampered/damaged


Refunds for prepaid/cash on delivery orders will be made after investigation


You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls into any of the following situations:


Failure to provide sufficient information about the case.


Failure to provide snapshots of packages and boxes (if any)


If stolen goods are received, a theft claim must be filed on the same day.


Packaging must not be discarded within 3 - 4 days of delivery. We may need to pick up your packaging at the end for investigation.


You have used the item for which the claim was filed.


In case of missing components in multi-component items like kurta, bed sheet, lingerie set, etc., exchange option will be provided based on maintainability and product type only
